The Begami Dalan which is the main entrance
to the shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin
Hassan Chishty R.A.A. (peace to his soul)
was constructed by Princess Jahan Ara
Begum Daughter of Emperor Shahah Jahan in
1053 Hijri (1643 A.D). The golden work in
the said Begami Dallan was done at the
expense of Nawab of Rampur. U.P. in 1988
A.D. the golden (kalash) crown over the dome
was presented by Nawab Haider Ali Khan a
brother of the Nawab of Rampur in 1896 A.D.
