This third gate is 753 feet in height and
was constructed by Sultan Gyasuddin Khilji
of Mandoo, who ruled over Malwa from 1469 to
1500 AD. The exact year of construction is
not on record. Its original construction and
colour has been wiped off because of
continuous heavy whitewash over it since
long.
