The most distinct characteristic of
Chishtiya order is Sama. Sama advocates
religious songs and hymns in the Love of God
and it is the spiritual food for the soul of
Sufis and it is a compulsory act for 'Zikr'
or the worship and it plays an important
role in Chishtiya order.
