40.KHIRQAH (CAP MADE OF FOUR PARTS OF CLOTH)

It was a great boon and privilege for the followers of Chishtiya order that the Khirqah (Cap made of four parts of cloth) which the Holiest of Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihe Wassalam) had worn at the time of Meraj was awarded and inherited by Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A.)  through his Peer, spiritual guide and teacher Hazrat Khwaja Usman-e-Harooni (R.A).

No doubt to say here that the Great Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hassan Chishty (R.A.) was adorned with the Prophets powers and status for India. As in the under mentioned poetical couplet is evident.

"NAIB-E-MUSTAFA-DAR-EEN-KISHWAR
RASHK-E-PAIGHAM BARAN MOINUDDIN"

KHIRQA or "SACRED CAP” - The Almighty Allah Pak invited the Holy Prophet Hazrat Mohammed Mustafa (Sallallahu Alaihe Wassalam) to visit HIM ON ARSHEY-MOHALLA (ZENITH) through GABRIEL (the communicator-mediator angle of Almighty Lord). It is a Qur’anic fact that Gabriel is a link in between the Almighty Divine Allah Pak and His Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihe Wassalam).

When the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihe Wassalam) paid his prime visit to meet his LORD, a cap made of four parts of cloth was brought from Paradise through Gabriel. The Holiest of Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihe Wassalam) wore that Cap (KHIRQA) and then started to fly to see the Divine Allah. That particular KHIRQA (sacred cap) was transmitted through PIRAN-E-CHISHT then to Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A).
